My 'last meal' would be...

Prosciutto (preferably a hunk, Jamon would do too)
Brie (preferably a gooey triple cream wheel)
Figs (depending on the season- quince paste would suffice out of season)
A baguette
And a perfectly ripe and blushing Clingstone Peach.
